FT Article says EU recycle logos cost €1-2k per product, per country

by Kevin Dixie in Press releases

Since the start of October 2023, all stock that doesn’t carry the French Triman logo needs to taken from shelf and removed from circulation in France. A really interesting article in the Financial Times has covered some of the concerns that companies have with keeping up.

The article states that Europen, the packaging industry body, estimates it costs between €1,000 and €2,000 per product for separate artwork to be designed in each country. The good news is that the Buyerdock EU recycle licence covers you for France and Italy today and we are starting on building the Spanish logos now. Our charge for this annual licence, which covers France and Italy and soon Spain, starts at just £360 per year covering 100x products in both countries.

As it is now patent pending, you can be sure the Buyerdock tool is the only automated tool available.

We’ve a team ready to help you get compliant, just contact us and we can walk you through it.
